All our sales are final and we do not offer any refunds. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or from customers’ handling of products. If you believe there are quality issues with the products you receive, please contact us and we will strive to ensure a fair resolution is reached. We will replace products only in case you receive goods which have been determined to be damaged or incorrect.

Our shipping is handled by a third party. The responsibility of delivery lies solely with the shipper as we have no control once products leave the facility. We typically dispatch orders within 5 business days from receiving payment.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any orders that are held in customs or sent back by customs, or for any levied import duties and taxes. You should know your country’s customs regulations before purchasing. No refunds on products or shipping costs will be offered should you face issues with customs, or if you provided an incorrect address when making a purchase.
